  1. Delivery Zones
    We deliver most of our products to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden. If you wish to place an order from a country not listed in our delivery zones, please contact us at info@davixl.com to explore possible options.
  2. Order Processing Times
    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we encounter any delays for any reason, you will be notified by email.
  3. Delivery Times
    Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Here is an estimate of delivery times based on geographical zones: France and Europe: 5 to 10 business days; Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or disruptions in delivery services.
  4. Delivery Fees
    Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of your order. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase.
  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
  6. International Deliveries
    Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and applicable fees once the package reaches your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order. For orders under €150 (excluding VAT) for items coming from outside the EU, customs duties are exempt, and the VAT of your country of residence (delivery address) applies. To avoid customs fees, we will ensure that the €150 threshold is respected per transaction during our import process. If we are unable to avoid customs duties for reasons beyond our control, such as changes in the EU threshold or exceeding the €150 import amount, we reserve the right to charge the customs duty to the customer with proof of assessment. For items coming from within the EU, customs duties are not applicable.
  7. Partial Deliveries
    We work with different supply sources, which is why we reserve the right to ship your order in multiple deliveries when it involves several items in a single order, and when the situation justifies a partial delivery. We are committed to ensuring that the division is reasonable and does not affect you in terms of cost. In fact, partial delivery fees are always included, and there are no additional charges for the customer.
  8. Incorrect Delivery Address
    It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct when confirming your order. Davixl cannot be held responsible for undelivered or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you realize you’ve made an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@davixl.com. We will do our best to correct the address before shipping your order, but we cannot guarantee this change if the order has already been processed.
  9. Lost or Delayed Packages
    If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please first check the status of your order using the tracking number provided. If you have concerns regarding a delayed delivery or if the tracking shows no activity for an extended period, please feel free to contact us at info@davixl.com.
